TMPC is a Social Enterprise Organization registered in 2016 in Malawi. Registered after a long thought process after attending a US Embassy International Visitors Leadership Program scholarship which the TMPC Director: Consulting Services had attended in 2005 through US Embassy sponsored scholarship to study leadership at federal, state and non-profit sectors as key drivers to country economies.
Our key focus is on organizational capacity building, aiding strategy formulation, functional reviews, organizational transition (change management), development, transformation, optimization and brand positioning. The key objective is to create mind-set change, innovation in managing market shift crises, limited resources in societies and tap into social and economic resource triangles to generate enterprises, and social capital that empowers, builds and provides alternative solutions.
